This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or enrol in the “What's In Me?” course, why we collect it, and what rights you have. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, where they apply, the EU/UK GDPR.

1. What we collect

2. Why we use it

3. Cookies and advertising technologies

With your consent, we use:

Where these tools receive your email address or phone number in order to match a conversion, the value is irreversibly hashed (SHA-256) in your browser or on our server before it is sent. We never send a plain-text email address or phone number to an advertising platform.

None of these load until you press Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will make the banner appear again. Declining does not affect your access to the course.

You can also opt out at adssettings.google.com and in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors who help us run the course: our payment gateway, our course-hosting platform, our email and WhatsApp messaging providers, our shipping partner (address only, for printed items), and the analytics and advertising platforms named above. Each is bound to use it only on our instructions.

Some of these providers are located outside India. Where data is transferred abroad we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

5. How long we keep it

Because the course carries lifetime access, we keep your account and course-progress data for as long as your access is live. Invoices and tax records are kept for eight years as Indian law requires. Advertising and analytics identifiers are kept for a maximum of fourteen months.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, erase it, or withdraw your consent to marketing. Write to admin@consciousliving.solutions and we will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Erasing your account data will end your access to the course; we will tell you before we do so.

7. Children

This course is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to personal data is limited to people who need it to do their work. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell enrolled students by email.
