Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: write to us within fifteen days of enrolling and we will refund you in full. We ask that you first walk the eight days of the first round — but that is a request, not a condition. The refund stands either way.
1. The first-round promise
You may cancel and receive a full refund of the amount you paid if you write to us within fifteen (15) days of your enrolment date. No reason is required.
We do ask that you actually walk the first round — eight days of practice — before you decide, because the practice, not the videos, is what the course is. This is a request we make in good faith. It is not a condition of your refund, and we will not withhold a refund because you did not practise.
2. How to request one
Email admin@consciousliving.solutions from the address you enrolled with, with the subject line Refund request, quoting your order or transaction reference. You may also message us on WhatsApp, but please follow up by email so there is a record.
3. When you get the money
We approve or query refund requests within three (3) working days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven (7) working days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take a further five to ten working days to appear. UPI refunds are usually faster.
Refunds are made in Indian Rupees for the exact amount charged. We do not compensate for currency-conversion differences or bank charges applied by your own bank.
4. Printed items (Practitioner and Sovereign tiers)
If your tier includes the printed book and journal:
- If the printed items have not yet shipped, you receive a full refund.
- If they have shipped, please return them unused and in resalable condition to the address below within fifteen days of delivery. We refund the full amount once they arrive. Return postage within India is at your cost unless the items arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
- Damaged or incorrect items: photograph them and email us within forty-eight hours of delivery. We replace them at our cost, or refund you in full, as you prefer.
5. The Sovereign tier
The Sovereign tier includes a personal assessment and a private live session. If the assessment has been carried out or the private session has taken place, we refund the tier price less the published standalone value of what has already been delivered. If neither has happened, the full refund applies.
6. After fifteen days
Because access is lifetime and the material is downloadable, we do not refund after fifteen days. If something has gone genuinely wrong — you cannot access the course, a file is missing, a payment was taken twice — write to us at any time and we will put it right.
7. Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged twice, or charged for a payment that failed, email us and we will refund the extra amount within seven working days. No fifteen-day limit applies to this.
8. Cancelling before you start
If you enrol and have not accessed any lesson, write to us and we will cancel and refund you in full, whatever the reason.
