Shipping Policy

This policy applies to the printed items included in the Practitioner and Sovereign tiers: the book and the printed 48-Day Companion Journal. The Seeker tier is entirely digital and nothing is shipped.

1. When your order ships

The book is published on 9 September 2026. Orders placed before that date are dispatched in the week following publication, in the order they were received. Orders placed after publication are dispatched within two (2) working days.

Your digital access — the videos, the PDF journal, the breath library — begins immediately on payment, regardless of when the printed items ship. You never wait to start.

2. Delivery times within India

• Metro cities: 3–5 working days from dispatch
• Other cities and towns: 5–8 working days
• Remote and North-East locations: 8–12 working days

Shipping within India is free and included in the tier price.

3. International delivery

We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 10–21 working days and is charged at cost, quoted to you by email before dispatch. Any customs duty, import tax or handling fee charged by your country is payable by you and is not included in the tier price.

4. Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.

5. Address accuracy

Please check your postal address and PIN code carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available after three delivery attempts, we will contact you and re-ship once at your cost.

6. Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the package before opening it if you can, and email us within forty-eight hours of delivery. We replace damaged items at our cost. If a parcel is marked delivered but you have not received it, tell us within seven days and we will raise it with the courier and, if it is not found, re-ship at our cost.
