These terms form the agreement between you and Conscious Living Solutions (“we”, “us”), when you enrol in the “What's In Me?” course. By enrolling you accept them.
1. What you are buying
A pre-recorded online educational course of twenty-nine video lessons, two guided practice recordings, an audio breath library, a forty-eight-day companion journal in PDF, and a series of daily messages during your practice period. Higher tiers add printed items and, at the Sovereign tier, a personal assessment and a private session, as described on the enrolment page.
2. What this course is not
This is education and personal development. It is not medical care, psychological care, psychotherapy, counselling or diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Dr. Sarvajna Krishna is not a physician, psychologist or licensed therapist, and his doctorate is not a medical qualification. Please read our medical disclaimer in full before enrolling.
3. No guaranteed outcome
We describe what the course teaches. We do not promise, imply or guarantee any particular result — emotional, physical, relational, financial or spiritual. Accounts shared by other students describe their own experience and are not typical results.
4. Access
Access is granted to you personally and is not transferable. “Lifetime access” means for as long as we continue to operate the course, which we intend to be indefinitely; if we ever had to withdraw it, we would give enrolled students at least ninety days' notice and the ability to download the materials.
5. Your account
Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.
6. Intellectual property
All videos, audio, text, journals and artwork remain our property. You may download and use them for your own practice. You may not copy, share, resell, upload, broadcast or create derivative works from them. Sharing your login or redistributing the material ends your access without refund.
7. Price and payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. A GST invoice is emailed on successful payment. USD figures shown on the site are approximate and for reference only; you are charged in INR and your bank sets the conversion rate. We may change prices for future students at any time; this never affects a purchase already made.
8. Refunds
See our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Conduct
In any support channel or group, please be courteous. We may end access without refund for abuse, harassment, or sharing material in breach of clause 6.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Before starting proceedings, please write to us — most things are settled quickly by email.
